2021-22

Monitor and approve the effective implementation and execution of MTSS funds/resources as available for each school (5a)

On a routine basis, review MTSS meeting minutes from each school and provide key feedback to improve site-based processes (5a, 5b)

Provide (on a quarterly basis) a detailed report with an objective analysis of specific school-based practices that demonstrate the success of programs and/or methodologies (5a, 5b, 5c)

Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure that the system of support and intervention is consistent, understood and documented to ensure that appropriate instructional and programmatic decisions are made (5a, 5c)

Collaborate with administration to assess student placement needs, analyze student achievement data to identify trends, instructional needs, and appropriate intervention design, and set data-driven, instructional goals (5b)

With a deliberate focus on evaluation and implementation of Core Instruction (Tier 1), use data to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of systems of support at all Tiers and across grade levels (5c)

Coordinate and lead a monthly meeting with MTSS Leads to establish direction and reinforce messaging (5c)

2020-21

Green Committee (of staff and parents) initiated a composting program, and also a school garden with rain barrels
